Meet the Team
For our staff, it’s more a vocation than a job. We feel it has to be when you are working on such a personal level.
The staff at Melrose House are specifically employed based on their specialist skills and experience in caring for those living with mental health, learning disabilities, or those that need the extra support. They are highly committed, specially trained, and able to build relationships with those who live there. We provide ongoing training for employees so that their ability to provide the absolute best of care continues to improve and develop.
Our clients are not just numbers. We might be there to help clean and tidy, but we always like to engage with our clients, making sure they are ok, mentally and physically, and have everything they need.
They’re not simply clients; they are our friends, and it’s the relationships that we develop that make it all the more worthwhile.
Of course, having a desire to help is not enough on its own, which is why we ensure our staff have the relevant skills, both through formal training and internal workshops.
Adding to this commitment, we continually strive to enhance our services by staying attuned to the evolving needs of our clients. Our goal is to provide not just a cleaning service, but a holistic and caring experience. We go beyond the surface, acknowledging that our clients may have unique challenges, and we tailor our approach to accommodate their individual requirements.
Furthermore, we understand the importance of fostering a supportive environment for both our clients and staff. Our team members are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate individuals who genuinely care about the well-being of those they serve. This compassionate approach is deeply ingrained in our training programs, ensuring that our staff is not only adept in cleaning and organizing but also in providing emotional support and understanding to those in need.
